FAQ

If you bought a finished product –
I’ll ship the items to you right away, but keep in mind that shipping from Israel might take up to 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY!

If you bought a “Made to order” pottery, that needs a customization (like your name on it, or that simply isn’t in stock right now) – Please give me time to make it, before I can ship it to you. The turn around time for that is up to three weeks, in addition to the time it takes to be delivered to you.

A made to order item, that is not already made, is marked on the site like that:

made_to_order

I know thee weeks to wait for a thing you ordered is a long time, so I always pay extra postage, just so you will be able to trace your package and see where it is in its journey across the world to you!

As of today, some countries post sites won’t show its progress after it left Israel, until it is delivered.  Among them sadly are: The Netherlands, Australia, Germany and United Kingdom.
I’m sending pottery to these states regularly, I can see that it made it to the buyers, I just don’t see it on the way there.

Other countries, that I’ve been happily able to fully track my pottery shipping to, includes:
The United States, Canada, Russia, Slovenia, Estonia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, France, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Norway, Bulgaria, Singapore, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Portugal, New Zealand, Denmark and South Korea.

…(Feel free to hum to yourself the tune of “it’s a small world after all”. I do).

I ship free of charge to any country that has postal relations with Israel.
No minimum purchase needed!

Please note that you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Pottery is breakable, sometimes it can harm on the way to you. Usually though, it doesn’t. I take pride for sending a new one completely on my expense, and as soon as possible, in the cases it does break. So there is no need for negotiations and no unpleasant situations are to be expected.

I like to play with mud, but I don’t like to play with numbers. So I don’t do sales, percentage off and the sorts. The price of the pottery is the price that is listed. I’m however, generous with my creations. So be prepared to be surprised by a little added something with your purchase. Just a little something… because I do appreciate you …adopting one of my pottery things!

At this time, I accept PayPal only.

But, you don’t need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.
You just pay through them.
As I understand it, when you wish to buy something, you give PayPal your card number instead of giving your card number to the store. PayPal in turn give the money to the store. That way, only PayPal can see your card details, not all the different stores. I think That way is safer for you as the consumer.
PayPal states in their site, that they don’t force you to make a permanent connection between them and your bank account, in order to make a purchase. Only if you choose to.

Pottery is sooo tricky to ship, that I use a lot of bubble wrap to send it safely to you – and not a gift wrap.
Whenever the pottery piece is small enough though, and I do offer a gift box – I mention it clearly in the listing. With a picture!

Even if I won’t include the receipt inside the box, keep in mind I can’t hide all indication of the price on the package – as it can’t be shipped without a “Custom Declaration” sticker!

Both are handmade, but the Pre-Made is ready to ship, while the Made-to-Order products may take up to three weeks to be created for you (in addition to the three weeks it can take to travel to you).

Look for the following image if a product is only made to order and not ready to ship immediately:
