Shipping

I ship to any country that has postal relations with Israel.

All items shown are in stock and available for immediate shipping unless otherwise noted within an individual posting.

Shipping from Israel can take as long as three weeks. I hurry and ship the order as soon as possible so you’ll get it quickly, but I cannot take responsibility for postal or custom delays.

Please note that you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

You are welcome to contact me for prices on express delivery, or for arranging a pickup from the studio.

Made to Order vs. Pre-made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship, or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready, while the made-to-order products may take up to three weeks to be created for you, in addition to the three weeks it can take to ship.
Look for the following image if a product is only made to order and not ready for shipment immediately:

Refunds

Pottery is fragile and package handlers can be rough, so I package everything with utmost care. Your piece will arrive in perfect condition or it will be rectified through refund or replacement.
I only replace or refund damaged items. Please provide me with pictures of the broken items and shipping box it came in. I do not accept returns due to customer remorse.

Handmade Disclaimer

Keep in mind that each piece you find here is handmade, that means no two pieces are completely alike – It is the nature of unique and truly handmade work.
But I do guarantee that the product you get will be accurately represented in the photographs and descriptions.

Pottery glazes are temperamental. It makes pottery fascinating. The imperfect surface is a plus in my opinion. But I don’t want you to see the item flaws for the first time, after you’ve ordered and waited patiently three weeks to land in your hands.
I want you to want to buy it because you saw its flaws and fell in love with it anyway…
so I make sure to take as many photos as I can to show you the items from all the angles (not only the extra flattering ones…).
